Terms of Service.

These are the terms for using O. They're short because O is simple.

When you purchase O, you're buying a personal licence to use the app on up to two Macs you own. You're not buying the software itself: Filipp and Ilya retain ownership of O and everything in it.

Please don't reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute O. Don't try to extract the source code or repackage it as something else. It took a while to build and the rope physics alone were a lot of work.

If O isn't for you, reach out within 2 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

O is provided as is. We've tested it thoroughly and we're confident it works well, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly on every Mac in every situation. We're not liable for any data loss, system issues, or damage arising from use of the app.

We update O regularly. Updates are free. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features over time, though we'll always try to make O better not worse.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

If we update these terms, we'll note the date at the top. Continued use of O after that means you're okay with the changes.
