O is a local Mac app. It does not collect your personal information for the app itself. It does send anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the app is used. Purchases and newsletter signup are handled by third-party providers.

O sends product events such as app version, ball image selection, haptics state, physics settings, and aggregate session counts or duration. We do not send your name, email address, license key, or payment details with those events. Your settings are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

This website uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics. No cookies are set and no personal data is collected or processed. Data collected includes: page views, referrer, country (derived from IP at the time of the request and not stored), device type, and browser. TelemetryDeck's approach is privacy-first by design — see their privacy policy for full details.

Purchases and newsletter subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy. When you buy O, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. When you subscribe to product updates, your email address is stored by Lemon Squeezy to deliver the newsletter. We receive confirmation that a purchase or signup was completed. We do not see or store your credit card details or billing information. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy for full details.

If you contact us by email, we will use your email address to respond to your enquiry. We don't add you to any mailing list without your consent.

We use purchase confirmation to verify your licence. We use newsletter signups to send product updates. We use any other communications you send us solely to respond to those communications. We do not use your information for marketing outside the newsletter, profiling, or any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as follows:

• Payment processors — our payment processor handles transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Analytics provider — anonymous product events are sent through TelemetryDeck.
• Newsletter provider — if you subscribe, your email address is handled by LemonSqueezy to deliver the newsletter.
• Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

We retain purchase records for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter records are retained by the newsletter provider until you unsubscribe. We do not retain any other personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@ofidget.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable steps to protect any information we hold. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of O after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
